If you were to tell me 10, 5, years, even 1 year ago that my life would look the way that it does now, I wouldn’t believe you. 😭

I’m in awe of the Lord’s kindness, His goodness, His providential plan for not only my life but every believer & future believer. He’s just so good and it doesn’t make any sense to my human mind.

Lately, my life has been FULL of ministry & I literally wouldn’t want it any other way. It’s so life giving and Jesus is so kind to give me this. He’s answering prayers and moving in big ways.

Jesus saved me when I was 15. I didn’t start walking with Him truly until I went to college at 18 & a half. He has saved me from the deepest darkest pain and suffering that sin caused me. From addiction to things that just brought agony. He’s such a gracious Father that loves like no other.

I know my story is powerful, and God uses every single persons story as a ministry to encourage and change the lives of others. I pray that YOU surrender everything to walk with Him. There’s literally nothing better.

IT’S KELSEY’S BIRTHDAY TODAY! It hit me while putting this together just how little of life is captured in pictures and videos! The bulk of time I’ve spent with this birthday girl just lives in my head! I’ll try to give a brief summary of who Kelsey is so you can get a glimpse of my memories! She’s 30 years old! And so beautiful! She goes above and beyond for others, putting herself last more often than not! Evelyn and I benefit from her kind and loving provision daily! Kelsey knows so much about so many things but is so humble about it! She is so good at water color painting and drawing! I wish she would do it more often! She is hard on herself, and I think we all are! But I wish she could see just how amazing what she does really is because she absolutely kills it when she puts her mind to something! She teaches me to be a better person and makes me long to be the best version of myself! She believes in others and she suuuuure believes in me! More than I do! She DOES NOT like to be jolted! Or her ears being touched! Don’t do that! She loves a good awkward moment! (Probably why she married me!) When she is asked to do a task she goes above and beyond to make sure she delivers something amazing, and it never falls short! She has great taste in men… 😇 She is so good with kids and relates to them so well! Not just like a “I make kids laugh” kind of way, but a “I make kids feel seen, heard, and known” kind of way! Kelsey for real had our baby by only pushing for like 2 minutes with no medication and I think that is the strongest, bravest, most mind blowing things I’ve ever seen! She loves FRIENDS as much, if not more than your average white girl! And she’s not a poser! She knows a lot! She’s not a fan of “How much money would it take for you to do [fill in the blank]” questions and will always say an insane amount of money or say “That would never happen.” I’m barely scratching the surface, but the pictures and videos above are the same! Kelsey is better than words of pictures could express! Her beauty extends beyond societal norms! It extends beyond conventional standards! Kelsey’s beauty is lived out fully in her every action! I love you, bud! You are the best!

The boys were baptized last Sunday in expectation of one day knowing our King Jesus as their own personal Savior. We have been so blessed by such a supportive and loving earthly family and also our forever church family. We made a public declaration to lead our children in the knowledge and understanding of our Heavenly Father as we live out the example of Christ and His Love. May this love lead our sweet boys every step of their lives. We are absolutely blessed beyond measure. 🙏 💛
