IT’S OFFICIAL… OUR INDIEGOGO PAGE IS LIVE! 🧟‍♂️🔥

The campaign itself isn’t open for contributions just yet, but our Indiegogo pre-launch page is officially LIVE!

Our campaign launches on 9th October 2026, and this is where the journey really begins.

For now, you can head over to the page, follow the campaign and share it with friends, family and fellow horror fans. Every follow and every share helps us build momentum ready for launch day.

We’ve got some incredible rewards planned, including opportunities to appear in the movie, visit the set, become an Associate Producer or even receive an Executive Producer credit. 🎥

This project is being created with a huge focus on practical filmmaking, practical effects, professional VFX and bringing our vision to life in front of the camera.

Things are really starting to come together for Outbreak: Patient Zero, and we’ve got a couple of exciting updates to share! 🎬🩸

Firstly, Outbreak: Patient Zero officially has an IMDb page! Our submission was approved today, which is a brilliant little milestone for the project. As production continues, we’ll be building out the page with more cast, crew and production information.

And now for the next big step…

Our official crowdfunding campaign is due to launch on 1st October 2026!

The crowdfunding will help us take what we’ve already started and push the production even further, from locations and practical effects to equipment, crew, infected performers and ultimately bringing the world of Brook City to life on a much bigger scale.

Very soon we’ll also be launching a dedicated page where you can follow the project and keep up to date ahead of the crowdfunding launch. We’ll be sharing cast announcements, behind the scenes content, production updates and plenty more as we get closer.

Even if you’re unable to contribute when the campaign launches, following the project and sharing it with others can make a massive difference to an independent film like ours.

Our first cast interview is here! 🔥 the full video can be found on the SaberStudios YouTube channel. https://youtu.be/ZEulX5LNhzM?is=Iy6LJxFa7N1zAkvK

Join Curtis Davinson, Producer of Outbreak: Patient Zero and the actor behind Ethan Carter, alongside Kelsie Cousey, who introduces her character Cassidy Hayes and gives you a little insight into who she is and what you can expect from her in the film.

This project is really starting to come to life now, and being able to finally introduce these characters and talk more openly about the world we’re creating is incredibly exciting.

There is still so much we haven’t shown you yet. 👀

Our crowdfunding campaign is coming soon, so make sure you’re following the project, share it with anyone who loves survival horror and independent film, and stay with us as we bring Brook City to life.

A massive thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. The response has been incredible and we’re only just getting started. ❤️🎥

Spent the day at Jo’s studio exploring cinematic lighting — such a creative and inspiring setup. Kelsie was an amazing subject, and we captured some beautiful shots throughout the day. The final setup was my favourite: rich with context, narrative, and truly gorgeous light. Thank you @joanne_elizabeth_portraits and @kelsiecousey

Perfect for actors, actresses, and musicians looking for portraits that go beyond the ordinary.

A few shots from an Intro into Cinematic Lighting for Photography Workshop. Held at the studio for a fellow portrait photographer.

We went into quality of light, single lights, colours of light for mood and emotion, 3 point light set up, working with practicals and motivated lighting, ambient lighting levels, accent lights, volumetric lighting, set design and gobos all culminating in one image with everything we had learned put into it. Our model for the day was Kelsie. As I was teaching I shot very little but here are a couple of my shots and a story inspired by the gang style shirt from Kelsie’s wardrobe
