After doing all this I realized I couldn’t done it with a flat bench LOL!! But I wanted to stick to the video posted by the creator (whom it won’t let me tag for some reason 🤷🏻‍♀️).

BUT it was fun after I worked out my issues 🤣 I don’t think I’ll be adding it to any programming and I may or may not do it myself, but it’s definitely another variation to add to all of the ways you can make BSS even better 😜

Some lessons aren’t taught. They’re watched. Chalk-covered hands. Worn-out plates…..and a kid learning what commitment looks like by watching his mom show up.

That’s how strength gets passed on.

One roof.
One mission.
One standard.

Today, the gates of Iron Knight Gym were alive with war cries, flying barbells, crashing weights, and relentless energy from every corner of The Dungeon. ⚔️

Functional Fitness.
Olympic Weightlifting.
Powerlifting.
Strength Training.
HIIT Class.
Personal Training.
Open Gym.

ALL happening at the EXACT SAME time.

This isn’t a normal gym.
This is the Treasure Coast’s elite strength performance facility — where strength is FOR ALL - Regardless of your fitness level.

Where else can you walk into ONE building and find athletes grinding through conditioning, lifters attacking PRs, powerlifters moving iron, coaches leading classes, personal training sessions pushing limits, and a full community sharpening each other under one roof?

THIS IS THE DUNGEON.

And tomorrow…
The Dungeon rises AGAIN for everything we had going today, PLUS our second HYROX Training Club session, adding even more to what we offer. ⚔️

This is more than fitness.

It’s culture.
It’s intensity.
It’s community.

This is a kingdom built on discipline, grit, and relentless work.

No matter your goal… there’s a place for you inside these walls.

And every membership comes with TRUE 24/7 access.

The lights never die in The Dungeon.
The grind never stops.

And the energy?
UNMATCHED. 🔥

“But effort? Nobody can judge that. Because effort is between YOU and YOU!” But goals don’t accomplish themselves. Will you put in the effort it takes? 😤
