POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A few months ago, I made a promise to myself: to tell stories that matter.

Not just beautiful places, but beautiful people. Not just destinations, but journeys. I want to document real lives, real struggles, real victories, and the moments that remind us what hope truly looks like.

Because behind every smile is a story. Behind every scar is strength. Behind every dream is someone who refused to give up.

If my camera can preserve even one story that inspires someone else to keep going, then every mile I’ve traveled has been worth it.

This is more than filmmaking. This is a mission to capture the true meaning of hope, resilience, and happiness—one life at a time.

Read cover to cover in one sitting. There were tears. Losing my mother a little over a year ago I could relate to @kendrathegem words in so many ways. When we lose someone that is part of the thread that makes us who we are; we are not the same after they’re no longer here. This book is special because I knew sweet Deja. But anyone experiencing great loss will also love this book.

Hydration, but make it flavorful. 💧✨ @goultima Ultima Replenisher makes it so easy to add electrolytes to my day..and the multipack means I don’t have to commit to just one flavor. Mix, sip, replenish, repeat. 💦

Yesterday we celebrated the beautiful life of @itsdeja_vu

I was Deja’s yoga teacher. She had the kind of light that drew you in. She was smart, kind, hilarious and full of fun sass. Saturdays I love to have a little dance moment and Deja was always down. My heart truly breaks for her family, friends and her dear husband. I’m sad we didn’t have more time together. I’m grateful I got to see her before her passing. Thank you to the swan family who came and showed respect.

Community is a big part of Bsy and I’m so grateful yoga connected us.

Deja I know you’re in heaven taking care of all those who love you. You’re rocking a killer heel, a red lip, dancing, and saving the fur babies. Miss you! #cancersucks

Our beloved swan Deja Jones became an angel on April 27 of this year. To know Deja was a gift. Her energy lit up the studio. I can still hear her soft, sweet voice and magnetic laugh in my heart. She loved yoga and dance, and she had a gift for making us laugh. She was the definition of a warrior; she had already beat breast cancer. I saw her only a few days before her passing, and her mindset was so positive — she was still fighting to stay. Deja loved with her whole heart and leaves behind her husband “bae” Theo, mom Kendra, doggie Boss, father Ernest, and grandma. BSY has Deja, her family and friends in our thoughts and prayers.

I cut all my length down to a bob during my daughter Deja’s cancer journey while she’s currently in the process of losing her hair. Watching her strength has shifted my perspective on everything..even hair. And if she decides to go shorter or shave it all, I will do the same. Hair will grow back… but the strength my daughter is showing right now will stay with me forever.🤲🏾♥️ #nustrandsorganic🌱 nustrandsorganic🌱 #mydaughterskeeper🔐🎀💞 #fuckcancer
