🔥🥊 THIS ONE IS FOR THE HARDCORE MMA FANS! 🥊🔥 Coming soon to The Other Side with Mike G Podcast on YouTube, I’m sitting down with a man who spent years working behind the curtain of professional MMA — legendary fighter manager and sports agent KEN PAVIA! 🎙️💥 “The Pav” founded MMAagents and at one point represented a roster of roughly 75 professional MMA fighters, with clients competing across the UFC, WEC, PRIDE, Strikeforce, DREAM and Bellator. Before MMA, Pavia spent 12 years representing athletes in professional baseball and hockey, and he later became CEO of India’s Super Fight League. 🤯 And just LOOK at some of the names Pavia represented during his career: Anthony “Rumble” Johnson, Cris Cyborg, Ricco Rodriguez, Chris Lytle, Joe Riggs, Martin Kampmann, Phil Baroni, Karo Parisyan, Jay Hieron, Razor Rob McCullough and many more. This isn't just a conversation about fights. 👊 We’re going inside the BUSINESS of fighting — managing fighters, negotiating careers, dealing with promoters, watching MMA explode from a fringe sport into a worldwide phenomenon, and hearing the stories that only somebody who was actually THERE can tell. 🎯🔥 Ken Pavia has seen the fight game from an angle very few people ever get to see... and now he’s coming to The Other Side. 🎙️ 🔥 KEN PAVIA 🎙️ THE OTHER SIDE WITH MIKE G PODCAST 📺 COMING SOON ON YOUTUBE! This is going to be a damn good one, Hardship Heroes. 💪🔥 DON'T MISS IT! 👊 HUSTLE. KNOCKOUT. ASCEND. 👑 ⚡ Presented with HKA USA & Bucked Up #KenPavia #TheOtherSideWithMikeG #MMA #UFC

Phil Baroni made his name as UFC’s “New York Bad Ass.” Now facing murder charges in Mexico, questions remain about what years of fighting may have done to his brain.

I wanted to get this out earlier in the day, but even by East Coast standards, I’m still under the wire. 20 years ago today, history was made with WFA: KING OF THE STREETS, one of the leading independent fight cards of its time, and my first show working behind the scenes. It’s really amazing. What a small team put together in a very short amount of time in 2006, as well as the unexpected (and expected) hurdles we had to overcome, just to get to the opening bell. Absolutely baptism by fire. Fight history will chronicle the talent on the poster, but my nostalgia echoes Patrick Fugit in Almost Famous, except with a shit ton more responsibility. Shouts to Jeremy and @nateadams26, @edsoarespro for printing our T-shirts, and @kenpaviamma for helping me unload my car. RIP to Ryan Bennett, Lodune Sincade, and Rose Saavedra (an unsung hero of the show). #THOSEWERETHEDAYS #KINGOFTHESTREETS #WFA #WORLDFIGHTINGALLIANCE

I met @kenpaviamma in hawaii while cornering @riccorodriguez the @ufc former heavyweight Champ at the time. He told me “ Kid you’re marketable, we could make some money” We strategized made a plan and I trained my ass off. He reinvigorated me to fight in a sport that we still hoped would pay. I remember we stood in line at a pool party in vegas 2005 I declared I would be Champ and we would be coming to my cabana to party. Thanks for rolling with me on this crazy life🔥🤘 To many more crazy adventures !! And to being the Best Dads we can🤜🤛 Happy Birthday “Pav”!
