A RETURN TO PIG/S 🐽 (+ MEETING TONIGHT!!!!)

As we work on pieces for our next issue, we return to the old. For PIG/S, Kendall Porter wrote a short story about a decaying friendship, falling apart in the local hog bar.

Check it out for a more legible version and more at the PIG/S edition linked in our bio 🐖

Welcome to PROSETOPIA! ☆ A creative writing group for the writers who aren’t writing and the creatives who aren’t creating. A casual place to meet up and work on a project, together!
THE TIME: Wednesdays at 7pm, starting on April
Fools day. Not kidding.
THE PLACE: Lucky Lab in NW Portland
THE PLAN: To curate a monthly zine surrounding a theme, voted on in our first meeting. Each month, we’ll meet up to present and critique our work in a group, much like a creative writing workshop. Your task is to create a poem, essay, fictional story, comic, collage, photo, drawing—— anything that doesn’t require an audio or video file basically. The only requirement is that it is your interpretation of said theme. At the end of the month, we’ll compile our work together and celebrate all that we have accomplished! prosetopia is what we make of it ☆ prosetopia is for everyone!
