🧘🏾‍♂️ ONE YEAR. REAL MEN. REAL GROWTH.

We celebrated 1 YEAR of Real Men Real Yoga! 💚

Over the past year, 75+ men have stepped onto the mat to stretch, breathe, connect, and prioritize their wellness.

It’s bigger than yoga. It’s brotherhood, wellness, healing, and showing that self care is strength.

Thank you to every brother who has been part of the movement and to our partners at African American Male Wellness Agency.

Year TWO starts NOW! 🔥

🗓️ Every 1st Wednesday at 7:15 PM

If you haven’t hit the mat with us yet, what are you waiting for?! Grab your boys, bring your energy, and COME JOIN THE MOVEMENT! 💪🏾🧘🏾‍♂️

REAL MEN. REAL YOGA. REAL BROTHERHOOD. SEE YOU ON THE MAT! 🔥🔥🔥
