Somewhere on the road in Asia, documenting life on film… and realizing travel doesn’t mean the same anymore. 10 years later, maybe the place didn’t change, I did. Before, it was about chasing shots, seeing as much as possible. Now it’s about slowing down, like film. Connecting with people. Being in the moment. Letting things be, without forcing anything. That’s what I love about film. It brings me back and reminds me that everything is worth documenting. #portra400 #mamiya7 #vietnam #thailand #filmphotography

The perfect way to end our Thailand chapter before the next adventure. A place to slow down, recharge, and just enjoy it all. The people, the food, the activities.. everything was on point. Grateful for this staycation. Thank you @clubmed @clubmedphuket - Next stop, Vietnam 🇻🇳

Two weeks around Bangkok. One of the craziest cities I’ve ever photographed. - Shot on film Mamiya 7 | Portra 400 Bangkok feels made for photography. Real life everywhere, constant movement, light, beauty mixed with questions no matter where you look. Picking film back up here felt natural. This trip is already changing the way I travel and the way I photograph. I’m moving closer to a documentary approach, putting people and locals first, slowing down, staying grounded, stepping off the obvious paths to really connect. Influenced by Anthony Bourdain and the way he explored through people and street food. And by Steve McCurry, one of my favorite photographers, who also developed film at the same lab I used here in Bangkok, @fotoclubbkk . This is a mix of what I’ve seen and what I’ve lived over the last two weeks, at the beginning of a journey that keeps inspiring me. More from Bangkok coming very soon. #kodakfilm #kodakprofessional #madewithkodak #mamiya7 #portra400

Celebrated another trip around the sun this week 🧚🏽‍♀️
Spent the last week reflecting on what I’ve learnt over the years and if there’s one lesson that stands out to me, it’s this: the quality of life is shaped by how you see and savor the little and mundane things. Walks in the sun, dinner with friends, dancing in my living room — the simple moments feel extraordinary when you let them. Last year I stressed about milestones at 30. This year, I ended 30 soaking in the small stuff and noticing. The imaginary societal milestones don’t matter + my heart is full. To notice is to love so notice everything 💕

@pulseretreats through my eyes, no this is not Halloween, this is the Return of the Witches. ❤️‍🔥 Kenya and Stefania gave me carte blanche to capture the container they’ve created for the weekend filled with herbs, rose infused oils, empowerment, femininity, and sensuality. To be looked at in such high regards from such powerful women in different domains, business, arts, community, and sports since putting myself forward in the past few months has been the highest form of flattery I could ever receive. I won’t mention you all but will forward this message. The recognition has been overwhelming, but has marked the beginning of a crazy adventure. Now it is time for me to hibernate for the Winter, to pause, reflect, and rest to come back for more.

Our Yoni is the original altar. A sacred portal between the worlds. Seen and unseen. Spirit and flesh. Death and birth. The space where life begins, where energy is transmuted, and where creation unfolds. At Pulse retreat, we placed a yoni at the heart of our altar to honor this power 🌺 Because what better center for a sacred space than the one we all came through? Ps: the yoni was handmade with clay by @kenyasaintlot #altarspace #altardecor #womensretreat #yonicare #yonipower #spiritualretreat #earthaltar #womensretreats

“There is a lineage of women who freed themselves from suffering. This lineage of women wants us to remember: The womb is not a place to store fear and pain. The womb is to create and give birth to life. 🌱 Let us heal our wombs; let us heal the wombs of our mothers, sisters, and daughters. And in doing so, bring healing to our Mother Earth.”
— Marcela Lobos 🌺🌻🌷🌼 More than just a physical organ, the womb is an energetic portal that holds memory, emotion, and ancestral trauma. When left unattended, these imprints can manifest as dis-ease, hormonal imbalances, and infertility. The Rite of the Womb is a simple yet powerful transmission that activates an intergenerational healing journey. It awakens the creative power within your womb space to manifest life in all forms. 🌀 This wisdom was passed on through jungle medicine in the form of the 13th Rite of the Munay-Ki: the Rite of the Womb. Once received and nurtured, you are called to share it with as many women as possible. The Munay-Ki Rites are shamanic initiations rooted in Andean wisdom and spirituality. We had the honour of passing down the Rite to all the women who attended our PULSE retreat in Val-David, QC this past June. Thank you, beautiful Womb Keepers. 💛 📸 @dc.somatics #RiteOfTheWomb #MunayKiRites #JungleMedicine #AndeanWisdom #WomensRetreat #Sisterhood #13moons #AncestralHealing #WombHealing
