POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This week on Friday Night Fright Night, GC @facethemovies and Lee from @mediawhiplash83 are stepping inside one of the strangest and most unsettling sci-fi horror movies of the ’90s CUBE (1997).

Six strangers wake up inside a seemingly endless maze of identical rooms. They have no idea how they got there, who put them there, or why and some of those rooms are hiding deadly traps.

We’re breaking down the traps, the characters, the paranoia, the math behind the Cube, that ending, and the bigger question the movie leaves us with:

Who built the Cube… and does anyone actually control it?

We also get into our favorite traps, fun facts from the production, our Letterboxd ratings, and whether Cube still holds up nearly 30 years later.

What’s your favorite trap from Cube and do you think you’d make it out alive?

New Under the Knife is live!

This week, Matthew (@horrormadness0055) sits down with Sarah, Vice President of Marketing at Terror Films, for an inside look at the business of independent horror distribution.

Whether you are a filmmaker, physical media collector, or die-hard horror fan, this is an essential look behind the scenes.

This episode is brought to you by our monthly sponsor, Keptcase—the essential app for physical media collectors to catalog, organize, and track their home video inventory right from their phone. Download the app at keptcase.app or search Keptcase on the App Store.

According to @keptcase my wife and I’s physical collection could buy us a patch of grass in New Jersey!

I’ve officially switched over from CLZ to KeptCase as our main tracker for the collection and I’m never looking back. 1512 items in the collection and about 10k more to add before I bite the dust of old age.

This 45th Anniversary My Bloody Valentine vinyl set is incredible. It was a long wait, but absolutely worth it! 45 minutes of unreleased music, bringing the total runtime to almost 2 hours, is crazy. @_terror_vision_ absolutely killed it with this release!
