POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

What an incredible weekend at Worth Women.

I was honoured to be one of the Pathway Leaders, sharing a Somatic Experience workshop through play.

Nothing lights up the brain quite like play, so it was a beautiful way to pause, reconnect with the body, explore sensation and create space to choose differently.

Witnessing so many incredibly brave women, their stories, vulnerability and strength and seeing women take their power back, was truly special.

Grateful to be part of this sisterhood. 🤍
And thank you, @kes_sims @worthywomensworld for inviting me and creating such a beautiful space. ✨

5 reasons you NEED a Worthy Women's Weekend

1. REST — Permission to switch off, slow down and let someone pour into YOU for a change.

2. RELEASE — Breathwork, meditation and space to let go of what you've been carrying for far too long.

3. RECONNECT — Remember who you are underneath the roles, responsibilities, expectations and everyday noise.

4. RESET — Shift your mindset, gain clarity and leave with tools you can actually take back into your everyday life.

5. SISTERHOOD — Spend a weekend surrounded by women choosing themselves, supporting each other and reminding one another of just how powerful we are.

This isn't about escaping your life.

It's about returning to it feeling more like YOU.

3 days. 2 nights. One weekend dedicated to pouring back into yourself.
