The 1st KTAHK Taekwondo Poomsae Championship - a successful and memorable event it was! :) Thank you @kta_hk for giving not just the masters but also the students a great opportunity to be part of this event. We are so very proud of all our students, the results aren’t important, its the effort and experience that count!💪🏻
‘I fear not the man who practiced 10000 kicks one time; but I fear the man who practiced one kick 10000 times. Perseverance is the key to success. Well done guys! Master Uni, Master Won, Master Tak, Master Danny & Manager Steve are all so proud of you all!

This lady started Taekwondo from white belt with her son 5 years ago and now she’s already a black belt who’s eager to assist our classes so she can further improve her skills. Her determination and enthusiasm are such strong inspirations to all of us!

Abalone puff and diced chicken at 都爹利會館 Duddell's in 中環 Central, Hong Kong 🇭🇰
.
.
There is a wave of modern dim-sum places in Hong Kong that mix traditional techniques and new ideas together.
.
.
Duddell's is a great example - as seen in this re-imagining of egg tart in a savoury form.
.
.
Anything with a good crust, well-braised abalone and a sweet sauce made great dim-sum in my book!
