Why I love the mountains.

Because they don’t lie.

They remind me that nothing worthwhile happens all at once.
Step by step. Inch by inch.
You keep moving, even when the summit feels impossibly far away.

The mountain teaches you that the goal costs what it costs.

You either pay the price or stop pretending you want it.

And somewhere along the climb, you realize the mountain was never just about reaching the top.

It was about becoming the person capable of getting there.

What a trip!
So much still to unpack from our Ghost Deep Dive this past week…
But for now here’s a little sneak peak into this year’s adventure, depth and play!

Had the trip of a lifetime with my friend @kevin.passage in the beautiful, nearly untouched wilderness of Southeast Alaska.

A week of backpacking, camping, and fishing in the woods is good for the soul. I‘m reset, restored, and focused.

If you feel you might also be in need of an adventure, check out his page. He‘s been creating unique experiences in the backcountry for 15 years — and is just getting started 💪

Most people spend their whole lives pretty far from where their nourishment comes from

Alaska provides the opportunity to harvest from land, sea, and rivers every day.

Grateful to close the gap on our food supply.

Wilderness is the source of what we can imagine and what we cannot, the taproot of consciousness. It will survive us.

Wilderness is not my leisure or my recreation. It is my sanity. I return to the wilderness to remember what I have forgotten, that the world can be wholesome and beautiful, that the harmony and integrity of ecosystems at peace is a mirror to what we have lost.

Which version of you are you choosing?

The one that stays comfortable — or the one that grows?

The one that drifts — or the one that decides?

The one that avoids — or the one that shows up fully?

Which version do you desire to embody?

Because the distance between the two isn’t luck, talent, or timing —
it’s choice, repeated daily in small moments no one else sees.

Are you willing to make a change?

Join Us for Winter Camp Feb 26 - March 1 to start your recalibration towards the aligned version of you.
