And for my final act, I present to you Last Call: An Ode To Tha People.

Within this menu, I took the components of everyday conversations from my guests’ experiences, their preferences, their cravings, and how THEY wanted their drinks. These five cocktails represent dedication, connection, creativity, and most importantly, the people who gave me a reason to keep creating. Every pour, every garnish, every flavor has a conversation attached to it. This isn’t just a cocktail menu, this my THANK YOU to you and the community that helped build Tha Room.

To everyone who pulled up, sat at my bar, told me your story, challenged me to create something different, laughed with me, drank with me, and allowed me to be Jsleep, Tha People’s Bartender

When I first met Krystal Patel @meierstonevineyards a few years ago on a press trip I instantly fell in love with her story and her wines. From her early years on the farm making wine with her grandmother Dora Meier til today Meierstone honors her heritage and embodies the Texas terroir. We enjoyed a tasting choice of either all reds or a mix flight that highlights the bold flavors and Texas Hill Country charm. From first sip our group of wineos fell in love with the award-winning “Airship” that pays homage to her late great grandfather who actually designed and constructed the first airship 40 years prior to the Wright Brothers. Our tasting took place in the newly revamped Engine Room where our wineos explored the farm, branded custom leather tags in the Blacksmith shop, and ended the day soaking up the sun on the porch swings. I think almost everyone purchased wine at this stop we even had wine club sign ups. 🍷#TexasWineMonth

Class was in session at the next stop on the #TasteofTexas tour. 📚I asked @winebykelsey to scale her “Hold ‘Em or Fold Em” class via @hillcountrywineacademy down to a mini version so our wineos could learn more about the process of aging wines. Kelsey is the Director of Education at @williamchrisvineyards + co-founder of @grafted_tx who led us through a vertical tasting of Mourvèdre from their portfolio challenging our wineos to identify whether or not a wine was ready to drink or better for aging based on its intensity, complexity, tannic structure and acid presence. William Chris has been a long time favorite of mine and I was so glad I was able to share this experience with my fellow wineos. The Estate grounds are so beautiful and inviting I love how much it’s grown in recent years. We toured the rest of property and finished by swinging by the Monarch Butterfly garden🦋 #TexasWineMonth

Banh Mi Pizza 🍕 have you heard of it?

Well at Pizaro’s Pizza is where you can try it for a limited time only.
Let us tell you It was so delicious and we would eat it again & again.
Were hoping it is added on the menu permanently.
So, run don’t walk the Banh Mi Pizza of the Day is still in play, but will only be here ‘til this Friday, March 15.
We also tried the Detroit style Jalapeño Pesto, Cannoli, Caprese Salad and the Limoncello cake.
It had been years since we visited this place and we are so glad we did.
I heard some customers saying they wanted to try the Banh Mi pizza so I took them some slices cause

Looking forward to see what next month’s Pizza will be now.

Everything was fresh and oh so yummy!
Great service and great food is all that we want everywhere we go and we got it all here.

P.S they have 2 types of classes the Dough class and Cheese class. They have 2 locations for you to visit and the Monstrose location is the flagship location and last but not least they are family owned business.
