Turns out the best part of fitness isn’t always the fitness 🥹💕

It’s finding your people. The ones who show up, cheer you on, push you harder, and make even the toughest workouts fun!!

Because keeping fit is even better when we’re keeping fit together 💕👯‍♀️✨

Start off with a huge congrats to @1adub for winning 🥇 Alpha Sjowdown!!

🔥 HUMP DAY + DEMO DAY = DOUBLE THE FUN! 💪🙌🏻

Another killer Alpha Conditioning workout with @shenicerachelle ! 🥵🔥 And lucky me, we brought our oldest along today, so I had my very own cameraman! 🎥🤣

Between the sweat, the laughs, and the nonstop action, we made one awesome team of THREE and crushed that AMRAP! 💪🔥

Who says hump days can’t be a family affair?! 😂❤️

Teamwork makes the dream work… and the AMRAP a little more fun! 😅💥

If you know me, you know you can almost always find me in a Goddess. 😂

This weekend alone, she made it through both legs of a girls’ road trip, the swim AND run of our Splash & Dash…and somehow ended up dressed up for a 17-course omakase dinner. 🍣

Truly, the most versatile bra I own. But my favorite part of the Goddess story? She’s the reason I bought KFT Brands. 🤍

I fell in love with this bra as a customer first. I believed in the product so much that when the opportunity came to be part of KFT’s next chapter, I couldn’t pass it up.

So yes, I’m biased now. 😂 But I loved the Goddess long before I owned the company - and apparently I still can’t stop wearing her.

Swim in her. Run in her. Road trip in her. Dress her up. Just get yourself a Goddess. 🤍

April 16th… trying to put dates and info up here so everyone knows I’m behind… extremely behind 😅 on these handstands posts and these are not recent they’re months ago but I’m trying to catch up 🤪💯 downfall is my brain has to brain to remember these days and what we did 🫠 I totally remember this day though! @k_r_i_s_t_e_n__ captured and helped us so much that day 🥹🙌🏼 from getting video of my 62# Turkish get up 💪🏼 to getting our boards ready when we just went into the next thing on a time crunch ❤️ she cheered us on and was there for us! The same way @coach__wayne was there for me setting up a fundraiser to get us to #SanDiego so I could compete for the first time as a @crossfitgames semi finalist 🤯🥹🥰✨ meant the world to me!
