Every panel in this house sits tight to the one beside it, and the inlay runs unbroken across the wall. That starts long before the cabinets arrive.

Our job is the structure behind them. That means walls framed flat and plumb, blocking where every box will hang, and openings sized to the exact appliance. When that groundwork is right, the millwork goes in clean and the craftsmen can spend their time on the details you see.

We’re grateful to have built this one alongside Funtime Cabinet Factory. Work like this is what good partners make possible.

People spend more waking hours at work than almost anywhere else, and how those hours feel comes down to light more than most people realize.

At Wedgewood’s Manhattan Beach office, the light lifts the walls so the floor feels open and awake. It keeps glare off the screens where the real work happens, balances the daylight so no corner feels like a cave, and gives every space its own mood, from quiet focus to a coffee break.

Nobody stops to notice any of it. They just find the day a little easier.

A house like this rewards a second look. Carved cedar overhead, hand-painted tile underfoot, reclaimed beams and doors, and mosaic work around nearly every corner.

We are proud to work on homes where every detail is considered.

⛳ 64 people. 16 foursomes. The 4th annual IESNYC Golf Outing.

North Hempstead Country Club was the place to be as our NYC lighting and design community came together for 18 holes of friendly competition, connection, and a chance to connect away from the office.

Lighting designers, architects, developers, electrical engineers, manufacturers, and manufacturer representatives took to the course to compete for team score, longest drive, and closest to the pin. After a day of golf, everyone came together for a BBQ lunch, contest prizes, and the 50/50 raffle.

Beyond the competition, the outing is a great reminder of the value of bringing our industry together—and it helps support IESNYC’s programming throughout the year.

Thank you to our event and hole sponsors and everyone who joined us. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

Head to the link in our bio for pictures and more.

Building a custom home is a long relationship. You should know what’s happening on your site, why a decision was made, and what comes next, without having to chase anyone for it.

All of it is a promise at Beachcraft.

Most of what we build on this coast is glass, steel and wood. Then there is this one: cast stone, carved capitals, forged iron, clay tile.

Different language entirely, and the same job underneath. A builder’s work is in the method rather than in a style.

And our method is to bring your vision to life with a structure built to withstand time and the coastal elements.

Lighting someone’s home is personal work.

It’s the place they unwind, host friends, and kick their feet up at the end of the day. So we light the architecture so it feels considered, and the rooms so they feel easy to live in.

The result is a house that looks considered and feels like home. We love helping people get there.

The architect draws it. The designer specifies it. Our job is to make the thing on that page exist exactly as drawn, down to the reveal.

A cellar, a screening room, a room below grade. Each one arrived as a drawing first.

Posts, beams, rafters and the woven panels between them. Everything structural in this house is also what you look at.

There is no layer over any of it, so the framing had to come together at a finish standard the first time.

Premium fitness has become part hospitality, part wellbeing. The feeling of the space matters as much as the equipment.

At Equinox La Costa, warm light that slows you down when you arrive. Soft light where you feel most exposed. Every zone tuned to what you need from it.
