To our team…

Your work matters.

Every day you show up,
Even when it’s hard and when you don’t feel like it,
You are making a difference.

So, even on the hard days -

Even on the days where you’re not really feeling it. It seems it’s a struggle to get to the studio.

Remember: the world needs the magic inside of you.

Your work matters.
You showing up matters.
Your ideas matter.
Your presence matters.

So, keep it up.

This community is what it is because of you. We love you ❤️

Certifications: PTA, Personal Trainer, K taping, Group Fitness and currently working on nutrition.

I like to learn new things to better myself for not only my clients but I like to know why certain habits/ lifestyle activities are not only good but also why they are bad. Knowing why helps me understand better and want to continue my health and fitness journey as well. Corrective exercise and injury prevention are two areas that I really like to focus on. Everyone that knows me knows I like to pick up a heavy weight and go hard on cardio, but mobility is key as we age, stretching is key at reducing muscle tension and pain. Dealing with my own health issues and injuries in the past; I have become a pro at the “bounce back”, which I like to carry over onto my patients and clients. This life is not made for all or nothing, there must be a balance for our minds, bodies and souls.

Fun fact: My background is hospitality management which I still dabble in on the weekends.

I love working at Ohana because it truly has become family. Ohana supported me as I restarted my health and fitness journey after the birth of my youngest child. She is now 7 and I have made plenty of lifestyle changes since then that I want to teach other women. We are all on a journey that is always evolving as our lives change. It is important to have support, Ohana will take you at your best and your worst and try to make it better again.
