Almost a week later and my heart is STILL full💖! THANK YOU to my amazing yoga students and the incredible staff at The Coterie for making my birthday class so special. The love, energy, smiles and electric vibes were the BEST gift I could have asked for🥹.

I’m so grateful to be surrounded by such a beautiful community that continues to pour into me as much as I pour into you, that allows me to be my authentic self as I guide vinyasa flows to Hip Hop playlists and corny jokes 🤭. You all made my birthday even more meaningful and I’m carrying that love with me long well after we have rolled up our mats.

This year was ALL about self-love; for myself and my classes. Thank you for all the gifts, beautiful flowers, super thoughtful cards AND for showing up, showing out, showing love and making this class a lifelong memory💫.

Eight years apart, two beautiful babies, and two completely different versions of me. Postpartum this time around, It’s so different- in my body, my routines, my heart, and my mind but I also see growth. I’ve learned that healing isn’t just physical. It’s mental, emotional, and spiritual. I’m also reminded how important support is. The encouraging words, helping hands, prayers, patience, and people who simply show up. I’ve learned to give myself grace. To slow down. To stop expecting perfection. To hug myself. I got this. Thank you God for trusting me with these blessings, for carrying me through this season, and for reminding me that even in the changes, there is beauty.
