Knowing this, helped me through the worst parts of my life. Sometimes we are afraid of growth, shedding, dismantling, questioning and the repurposing of our understanding. Yes it’s an uncomfortable feeling, but it’s it’s also proof of a complex interpersonal wisdom that contains the truth of life, the truth of your very own Self. I say to you today, everything you think you know now. Is not what you knew yesterday, and what you thought you knew yesterday, will not be what you know tomorrow. Change can be comfortable, if you allow it to be. Because now we witness the growth, and allow discernment to lead our ever lasting experience, which brings forth the wisdom that allows you to overcome every barrier and limitation surrounding your self. May you be fluid in what you understand thus far in life, so that it can form rivers to great waters. Personally I’m so glad to be here. Somewhere along the way, many of us traded wonder for productivity, curiosity for certainty, and play for performance. Yet some of our deepest growth begins when we remember how to move without needing to prove anything. There is a quiet wisdom in climbing a tree, feeling the earth beneath your feet, and allowing yourself to be fully present. Not because it makes you younger, but because it reconnects you with something you’ve always carried. The child within us wasn’t naïve. He was courageous enough to explore, to create, and to believe that the world was still full of possibility. And perhaps that’s why the people we choose to walk beside matter so much. The right people don’t make you feel foolish for being fully yourself. They don’t mock your curiosity or your joy. They create space for it, encourage it, and quietly remind you that becoming stronger doesn’t mean becoming harder. Sometimes the greatest gift someone can give you isn’t advice. It’s making you feel safe enough to become more of who you already are. Perhaps becoming whole isn’t about becoming someone new. Perhaps it’s about remembering who you were before the world convinced you to forget. . #mentor #selflove #healer #mindsetcoach #innerchild

Most people believe they are nothing more than the result of everything that has happened to them, their past, their mistakes, their victories, their pain. But those are only moments that passed through your life. You are not the collection of those moments. You are the living awareness experiencing life as it unfolds, learning, growing, and shaping the path ahead. Your past does not define you. Your presence does. . . . #mindsetcoach #healer #inspire #wellness #healwithcourage

Group pics of my collection ‘Live The Impossible AW26’. This collection was inspired by my friend Nina who passed away when she was 22. I was inspired by my memory of her, the feelings she exuded and the music she wrote. It was a rollercoaster creating this collection, one which made me feel connected to her but also so sad that she is no longer here. I created my own textiles, felting in aspects of nature combined with pieces that I knitted with mohair and lots and lots of tailoring. My brand is for gender nonconforming people, and each piece is not only created to pay tribute to Nina, but also to bring a feeling of euphoria to queer and nonbinary people. “LIVE THE IMPOSSIBLE AW’26” - a tribute to Nina Wilson Look 4 on an adventure! This look is a deconstructed bull denim suit with asymmetrical collars, pleats and lots of welt pockets. It is inspired by the wild and free adventures we went on with Nina, the many cigarettes we smoked and the music she wrote. I listened to a song of hers while I designed this look, letting each strum of her guitar guide me. “LIVE THE IMPOSSIBLE AW’26” - a tribute to Nina Wilson Look 2 on an adventure! This look is inspired by a day when Nina played her electric guitar to us in a park while the sun was setting. It is a deconstructed button up shirt that has knitted mohair panels, pin-tucks and is created out of 100% hemp. The shorts are extra baggy and have mohair embroidered into the pockets. It is paired with a curly tie that is made from the scraps of the felted suit and a beanie designed by me and created by @filthydisgustingdirty.martini Designed and styled by: @the0.dd @theo.blatcherrr Mua: @amystockenstroom.hmua Photographer: @gabrielventerphotos Model: @r_9u3.1
