🔄The Picky Eating Cycle 🔄

Picky eating is usually just the tip of the iceberg. Feeding is SO complex, and so are the many causes of picky eating.

Truthfully, I could have made several more of these cycles. These are most certainly NOT the only possibilities of causes of picky eating. Once appetite is decreased, it can be difficult to break the cycle.

One thing that I think often gets overlooked is that picky eating causes more picky eating.

Let me say that again for the people in the back! Picky eating causes more picky eating.

I help identify nutrient deficiencies and support you in finding creative ways to make sure your kiddo gets all the nutrients they need, as well as support your child’s gut health and constipation. Apply to work together at the link in my bio!

What cycle do you think your kiddo is stuck in?

Don’t forget to save or share ❤️

⭐️ If you are a feeding therapist reading this, I am offering a training for your team on interventions you can provide in therapy to support your clients’ nutrition. DM me for more info! ⭐️
