The joy of moving, the laughter, the music, and the community where you can be your wonderfully authentic self.

Today we celebrated one of our beautiful Zumba family members turning 80 years young. You’d never guess her age! 💪🏽🙌🏽She radiates joy, kindness,energy and a beautiful spirit.😍

Looking at this photo, I realized so many of these amazing people have been dancing with us for 15+ years. Maybe is that Zumba keeps us young …🤷🏽‍♀️but for sure helps us stay young at heart.

Sometimes the best adventures are the ones you don’t plan. 💚

A last-minute hike with a friend was exactly what I needed to recharge. We hiked, we laughed, we danced, and soaked in the beauty of Mother Nature. Sometimes that’s all it takes to reset your mind and fill your heart.

🥾 Silver Lake to Twin Lake Loop
📍 Big Cottonwood Canyon, Utah
🥾 Distance: 2.3 miles
⛰️ Elevation gain: Almost 700 ft
💲 Fee: $10 day-use fee (or America the Beautiful Pass accepted)
🐶 No dogs allowed due to the protected watershed.

I used to feel like I was two different women. IYKYK about “Hunny.” There’s the professional me, and the party me. The whimsical me, and the wise me. The executive director me, and the ecstatic dance me. The stoic me, and the salacious me. The soft place to land me, and the burn it all down me. I always loved and valued each version of me, but for a long time I considered them separate. It was so liberating when I realized that I don’t have to choose between versions, I don’t have to fit neatly into a box for others to understand. But rather I am so many things simultaneously and more.

At the @womenwhoexplore summer solstice campout in Eureka, Montana I had enough days away from a work computer to reacquaint myself with the spectrum of light that I am. I’ve been ok in my own skin for a while now, but I still relish in the journey of self exploration and going deeper into those layers.

Thanks WWE for providing a backdrop for getting reacquainted with myself and meeting other women just as eager to let their true selves shine.

Montana was lit.🔥

A road trip to the northwest corner of Montana with a dear friend to an all women’s campout was the kind of down to earth experience I love being a part of. About 100 @womenwhoexplore ladies from all over North America gathered at @tobacco_river_ranch_glamping and shared in an epic summer solstice bonfire celebration, learned new outdoor skills, slept under the stars, and swapped adventure stories. My favorite, as always, is being reunited with faraway friends and former travel companions. 🏔️❤️🏕️
