Marni turned five.

Two nights of pizza, wine, cocktails, tiramisu and plenty of catching up.

Proof Pizza came down from Kuala Lumpur, Dibuk House was behind the bar, and the garden stayed lively.

Good to see a Phuket business mark five years, with a few friends from around the region joining in.

9–10 September 2026.

*Pizza Pancetta, Funghi e Camembert*
Latteria Sorrentina Fior di Latte, Streaky Pancetta, Camembert Cheese, Mushroom Sauce

If we took everything we love and laid it onto a single pie: this would be it.

Malaysia's pizza crown belongs to one place — and it's been that way for four years running.

Meet Proof Pizza + Wine @proofpizza_my , tucked inside Bangsar's APW dining enclave in Kuala Lumpur. Ranked #1 Pizzeria in Malaysia by @50toppizza in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 (Instagram) — this isn't a fluke, it's a standard.

At the heart of it all is Head Chef Kim San @kim_return , whose passion for Southern Italian flavours runs deep. Kim revels in the bold, bright tastes of Sicily's sun and sea, channelling that intensity into sleek, sophisticated pies.

What makes Proof so special? Every pizza is 100% wood-fired sourdough — more time-consuming and laborious to make, but that's exactly what sets them apart. From the cheese to the tomatoes to the flour, only authentic, quality Italian ingredients make the cut.
