Building a custom home is such a special experience 🙌

There’s a reason the best partnerships become long-term ones.

Kimball and the team at Sandbar Development continue to trust High Place Mortgage across their Paradise Valley projects—from construction financing and development to helping their custom home clients find the right lending solutions.

We’re proud to be a small part of what they’re building in PV and even more proud to be the lending partner they know they can call when the deal requires experience, creativity, and execution.

Relationships like this are exactly how we believe business should be done.

We build. We lend. We understand the process from every angle.

Development across Arizona is moving fast, and we’re proud to be part of the momentum helping builders, developers, investors, and buyers turn plans into projects and projects into reality.

From the first piece of dirt to the final set of keys, High Place Mortgage is here for the entire journey.

Arizona is building. So are we.
