Looking back at the student moments that made June at Body & Pole feel electric: raw progress, small wins, big transformations, and a whole lot of strength you can’t always see in a single photo or clip. ⚡️

Now who’s ready for a hot July?! 🥵

“Night Of 1,000 Devils” at @lucky13saloon was one of the absolute best birthday parties I’ve ever had!!! 😈😈😈

Metal karaoke, @mickychorny_’s gourmet cupcakes, a smoldering hot “Father McTigger” performance from the iconic @tiggerlesque, and a packed room filled with friends (…and some randos) wearing devil horns. I got to sing a lot thanks to our amazing MC, @cyclonejacksullivan…Also, I even got a few pretty hot smooches sprinkled throughout the evening, which was fkn fabulous! 🤤💋💋💋

It was humbling to have many of my dearly beloveds come out just to praise my unholy name in such a fun and devilish style on my *actual* birthday. I felt very spoiled with this much loving energy. I’ll remember this night forever.

Thanks for raising Hell with me!!

MCD 👹

Ps: If it weren’t for the unexpected @dozenfingers_photography I would barely have any documentation of the evening. Thanks for all these fab pics! I really appreciate it 🙏

Hoop is a different beast for sure! My body isn’t quite used to metal or being in an apparatus that doesn’t change shape with me. My muscles and bony landmarks will adjust! Luckily I was with the most loving and supportive group of ladies there is! Thank you @kimberlofgren for sharing Jem, and your kind words. And thank you @sheri.aerial for this beautiful flow and helping me modify and of course your patience and the kick ass playlist! @j.rougefit
