Hey, IG/FB Fam! 👋🏼 I wanted to pop in with a little wellness update!! Oh, say hi to Emma (bday coming in less than 11 days)!

I’ve been loving my gut health combo so far, but this week got a little crazy and I missed several days. 😩 A long Election Day at the polls with no pink drink (rookie mistake!) and lots of free food left me feeling… not so great.

But today was a new day. 🙌🏼 I’m back on track, feeling good, and mapping out a simple plan for November. Back to my walking, more hydration, and LOTS of grace for this busy season (IYKYK)! I’m starting slow and focusing on consistency — and honestly, if I can do it, you absolutely can too!

If you’re curious about what I’m doing, let’s chat! 🍁🍽️🧡💪🏼

#plexus to start the #newyear . No it's not a #resolution for me. Just a continuation of #routine and #consistency .
What is something you are continuing from last #year ?

Well I've been trying out this @plexusworldwide deal for about a month and a half now. My sister @marparkia has been using their products for long while with good results so I decided to take a shot.
I'm not going to say I'm a changed man and suddenly have six pack abs and feel like superman because that's not the point. I will say using their products have simplified my supplement-taking. It's all the same company and I get everything I want for #guthealth , energy and better sleep.
If you're looking to try some different #supplements or have been thinking about trying some now is a great time to try! Link in bio. And when you order I have a discount code for free shipping as well. Just shoot me a message.
What supplements do you use?

december 12, 2019.

That’s the last time I actually posted anything on social media (not counting recent teasers). I didn’t miss it a single bit 🤷🏼‍♀️.

But now, because reasons, I’ll be hopping back onto this madness – and I AM happy that I’ll be able to reconnect with all of YOU that I don’t get to see outside of the ‘gram! 🙌🏼

So what have I been up to in the past year and half? oh, not much…

👟 Qualified for the 2022 NYC Marathon
🍪 Started my own bakery
🏍 Got my motorcycle license
💰 Raised over $8,000 to help those financially affected by the pandemic
⚡️ Entered the music business
👩🏼‍🍳 Learned to cook
🙏🏼 Created a workshop series to equip worship teams
🎵 Participated in Vocal Breakthrough Academy

❤️ oh, right, and produced 62 virtual BTKE LIVE! online services. 63 as of tomorrow.

So, yeah, not much… ✌🏼

Day 1 was simply amazing!!! Plexus rented out the USS Midway for our Welcome reception!! What an experience!! All these ladies I met in person June of 2018!!! We officially met through Facebook and I finally got to meet them in Orlando last year.
I love this company and the friendships it has brought along with it. 💕

3rd day of my pink drink plan... Thank you Jessica @Kimchionwhitebread for being so patient with me as I learned about the products! I had a “gut” feeling that Plexus might be good so I decided to make a “gutsy” move and “gut” out the bad stuff... Glad I stuck to my “gut” instinct! LOL 🤣😂🤓
Hahahahaha! 😉
