Be that woman who doesn’t need constant excitement to feel alive.

She chooses peace and laughter without feeling guilty. She finds comfort in her routine and habits.

Right now in about slow aging. To me, that means growing wiser (older 🤪) with care and kindness toward yourself.

Took me years to realize, women’s wellness goes beyond your doctor’s appointment. It’s also the moments we’re still enough to enjoy—a facial @skinbyuptown a massage, a hug, a quiet morning.

Movement matters, too. Without regular exercise, we lose muscle and strength, making everyday tasks harder as we age.

Don’t stress yourself out. Let self-care be simple. Because in the end, it’s the simple things that matter 💁🏻

‘I don’t know how to pray’

I used to sit in silence, watching other people pray, wondering what made their words sound so easy.

Then my spiritual mentor told me something that changed everything: talk to God the way you’d talk to your best friend.

So I stopped performing and started talking. Crying. Laughing. Pleading. Worshiping. All in the same breath.

This video is that. Me, thanking Him for calling me back to my purpose. For protecting it when I felt like I was loosing it. For carrying my son through the hardest three years of his life and bringing him safely to the US for school. For my families. For my home. For my pain and peace. For the business idea He wouldn’t let me abandon. And in advance — for my life partner.

If you’ve ever felt like you don’t know how to pray “right,” this is your sign. There is no right. There’s just you and Him, talking.

Can you relate? Am I the only one that didn’t know how to pray? 💁🏻

POV: You booked the trip. And it was everything 🇯🇲

Mornings in Jamaica hit different when you’re waking up in a space this beautiful — making tea in this beautiful kitchen, getting your workout in, then spending the rest of the morning with your laptop and your feet in the pool while the hospitality team prepares breakfast.

That was my reality at Pinnacle View Estates, Montego Bay. The staff here genuinely pour into you. The hospitality is warm, intentional, and makes the whole experience feel personal — not transactional.

The 2-bedroom townhouse I stayed in was stunning. Clean lines, marble finishes, open-plan living — every corner is content. But the full estate offers 9 bedrooms total, bookable as individual townhouses or as one complete property buyout.
