Grateful to the Man above for the opportunity to assist Ms. Charranda Williams in closing on her very first home today! 🙌🏾 There’s nothing like a Closing Friday, and this one was truly special.
Shoutout to Mrs. @cf_kimberliperry for getting this loan closed in just two weeks — an impressive turnaround in our field!

LONG POST: My grandfather taught us to pray a very specific prayer EVERY TIME we got in a car. His children, grandchildren & now great grandchildren pray that same prayer before driving. Perhaps it's because both of his parents (my great grandparents) were killed in an accident when he was a young boy. I pray before my car moves - every time.

When you are driving, please SLOW DOWN! I'm saying this as lovingly yet as firmly as I can. This "warning" may save your life, a lot of money & preserve your health. Slow down. Stop speeding. Watch distracted driving & by all means, stop tailgating! 🚫

When drivers ⛔️tailgate⛔️ me I slow down even more. This often happens in my neighborhood where the speed limit is 25 to 30 mph. Why in the world are people driving 45 to 60 mph on residential streets where children are playing, people are walking dogs, riding bikes, etc.?

What is fascinating to me is aggressive driving is "illegal & dangerous" yet, people get angry, agitated & threatening because I am driving the speed limit. Are you kidding me? WHY ARE YOU IN SUCH A HURRY? You should've left sooner. Even in emergencies, if you have an accident or cause one before you get to your destination, what good is that? Each time it's happened to me I've had to make a decision in that moment to simply EXHALE.

Stop acting like a fool when driving. Stop it now. I'm begging yall. Slow down. Practice patience. If you're a parent, share this w/ young drivers. If this is you, take heed. Come to one of my sound baths to help you calm down so you can slow down. I'm so serious. Practice mindfulness. Pray. Reduce your anxiety.

Lastly & lovingly, I have several ways of
protecting myself with me AT ALL TIMES. Don't get it twisted. Just because I drive the speed limit doesn't mean I'm fearful or easily intimidated. I will not hesitate to protect myself & those I love. That's not a threat. It's a promise. SLOW DOWN. Stop tailgating people when you're driving. You're welcome. Have a powerful day! I love you. #SoulWealth #SlowDown #DriveSafely #ArriveAlive #AggressiveDriving

YOU are on God's mind today because you are reading this. I almost didn't share it but here it goes. God always has a plan that frequently we don't know about. DO YOU KNOW WHAT TODAY IS? It is my 10th transplanterversary! Ten years ago at this very moment, I was in surgery, hooked up to only God knows how many machines (to include one breathing for me). Why? I donated one of my kidneys to my Cousin Bryan. I would do it again too. It changed me forever. When love calls...you better answer. I am a #LivingKidneyDonor and LIFE IS GOOD! Stop worrying. Stop complaining. God is working out in your favor what looks like an impossible situation. TRUST! #SoulWealth #DisruptiveAuthenticity #IntangibleProsperity #FamilyForever #Grateful #WeBlood ❤

"The dead have a pact with the living. Listen more often to things than to beings. Tis the ancestors breaths when the fire is heard. Tis the ancestors breaths in the voice of the water. Those who have died have never never left. The dead are not under the earth. They are in the rustling trees, they are in the groaning woods, they are in the crying grass, they are in the mumbling rocks. Listen more often to things than to beings." This beautiful song made famous and beautifully performed by @sweethoneyrock is the perfect #FamilyReunion song. I first heard @taratibuyouthassociation perform it. There is nothing like FAMILY! When I tell you my baby @_findyourmojoagain sang THAT and taught the family their part in less than :10 #JustWow #WilliamsSnellingClan

I enjoy being a multidimensional woman who embodies #SoulWealth in every way I possibly can. I still have work to do. Im elevating. I'm expanding. I am exploring deeper awareness unapologetically. In spite of that truth I am always, always, always SO grateful when God uses me to preach, teach, impart, illuminate life changing revelation to others. Yesterday at @kwcmaryland was beyond words. #iPreach #iWrite #iDance #iLaugh a lot #iLove #iMentor #iTravel #IntangibleProsperity #TheMentorsMentor #AscendedLiving #Grateful #DisruptiveAuthenticity
