🌕 NEW CHALLENGE ANNOUNCEMENT 🌕 Could not pass this challenge up. Line up of hosts includes some of my fave yogis that have inspired me on the gram 🙌😍 Come join me @ali.g.flows @kimunc1 @yogaaddictedmia #ALOboutTheSturgeonMoon August 20th - 27th August’s full moon was named The Sturgeon Moon by indigenous tribes for the abundance of Sturgeon fish in the Great Lakes at this time. It was referred to as a month of endurance, as we intentionally push our way past the heat of the summer and into the cooler air of fall. Over the next 8 days join us as we focus on the resiliency, trust and mindfulness we need to move forward. Pose List: 1. Heat: a pose that represents the fire of the summer as we transition. 2. Trust: a pose that you have learned to listen to your body’s cues to fully experience. 3. Endurance: a pose that shows stamina and dedication to your practice. 4. Resiliency: a pose that you return to time and time again regardless of the outcome. 5. Instinct: a pose that your body naturally seeks out. 6. Process: a transition or pose that insists you move through bit by bit to see the full potential. 7. Strength: a posture that makes you feel like a powerhouse. 8. Inner Voice: a pose that allows you tap in and ground down, setting you up for abundance as we move forward. Hosts: @brsorenson @bayoubornyogi @eschaefer12 @sanparrafit @ethereal.flame @shine.of.vibe Made possible by: @aloyoga How to Join: 1. Follow all hosts and @aloyoga 2. Share this flyer to your feed or stories (if you add to your stories, tag all the hosts) 3. Post the daily themed pose/flow using the hashtag 4. Invite friends to join 5. Set your profile to public so we can see your posts. 6. Listen to your body and use props to modify when you’d like support...most importantly have fun! 🌟Please make sure that you tag the hosts every day in your posts.
