Behind the scenes with MFT is exactly as zany as you’d imagine…actually, way more.

Somewhere between organized chaos and unstoppable momentum, you’ll find a powerhouse team of women. Women and moms who are deeply invested in the mission and working so hard yet still dancing and laughing through it all.

What started as partnerships, sponsorships, and team members has turned into real friendships. The kind built on big ideas, shared goals, and a lot of “how are we doing all this” and “are we really doing that on stage” moments.

Proof that when passionate people come together, the magic isn’t just on stage, it’s everything happening behind it. Including lots and lots of dancing (and thousands of slack messages). 👊

Video and creative by @nosferatune who had to tell us all not to look at her when she was filming and it was weird.

This is what it looks like when moms choose connection, joy, and a little bit of playtime for themselves. The Mom Dance Party ® LA wasn’t just a party, it was a room full of women showing up fully, laughing louder, dancing harder, and remembering who they are beyond the to-do lists.

You could feel it everywhere…the hugs between strangers, the deep breaths before the beat dropped, the moments of pure freedom on the dance floor including some stanky legs (obvi). That’s the magic of this community, fun that feels meaningful, connection that feels real, and a space where moms don’t have to explain themselves.

Thank you to our main sponsors who helped bring this experience to life: @kin @flavcity and @zombiequeen and the powerful & beautiful DJ @lindsayluv for the vibes the entire time! And always… to the moms. You are the energy, the reason, and the movement behind everything we do. 💫

Last weekend MFT took over the historic @theroxy in LA, and the moms showed ALL the way up, for themselves and for each other. 🤍

We began the night with powerful breath work from @jennamreiss, inviting us to slow down, make eye contact with a stranger, and share a real moment of connection. I know I teared up…because those pauses remind us to breathe, to soften, and to see one another with compassion and kindness. We’re all riding this wild wave of motherhood together and dancing it out side by side is our why. If you were there, you know how healing and cathartic it felt.

Thank you to our incredible sponsors who made the night so special:, @kin for the photo booth and claw clips, @flavcity for the mocktails and sweatbands, and @zombiequeen for the glow bracelets that lit up the dance floor.

Huge love to our community sponsors @bttrfly.app, @europeanwaxmanhattanbeac, @nrg_dancefitness and @themotherhoodla + all the amazing LA businesses who contributed to the unforgettable giveaways: @shop_resa @barrys @malibusuns @for_love_and_beauty @societynautique @emskinstudiola @caringformama.co @maie.cosmetics + @bobbie for the hats and bags:)

And of course, huge thank you to the talented @lindsayluv for giving moms exactly what they wanted, and NEEDED, to dance every minute of this night away. Big love to @nrg_dancefitness for flying in from SLC and being the best damn hype moms onstage and in life. Forever grateful to our incredible team for all that you do @stefanieamberhughes @_jessfriend_ @its_emily_sanders!
