❄️➡️☀️ Over a year of frozen shoulder, finally thawed.

When this client first came to me around 3 months ago, she had severe restriction and hardly any range of movement. She was in constant pain, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t dress herself, couldn’t do her hair, and had stopped running. Everyday life had become a struggle.

After more than a year of getting nowhere through the NHS, she came to 360 Sports Injury. Her treatment included:

✅ Shockwave therapy
✅ TECAR therapy
✅ Mobilisations
✅ Deep tissue work
✅ A tailored exercise and stretching programme

She committed to her exercises, and little by little the “iceberg” thawed. Look at her movement now! 🙌

This is one of the worst frozen shoulders I’ve seen in my clinic, so I’m so proud of her progress.

Introducing the new 360 work truck! 💚🛺😂

With the price of fuel going up, we’ve had to downsize… but clearly haven’t cut back on the extras! 💪🐶🤣

Anyone fancy hitching a ride? VIP seats in the trailer — bring a coat, the air conditioning’s permanent! 😂💨

It’d be really easy for me to lie to you and say that this diet has been smooth sailing because the pictures are showing changes, but I want to be real and in reality the scales messed with my head this week.

Even though I spend every day telling women how the number on the scale should not define how they feel.

Even though I know it’s actually very difficult to lose all your muscle 😅

Let me be the proof that having a good coach and a good support system at home or around you is SO important. People who treat your goals as their own goals. I know I can be honest about how I’m feeling, and I know I will get honesty and support back.

It doesn’t matter what your goal is - fat loss, muscle gain, strength gain etc they all come with their own challenges and you will at some point question if it’s going right. It’s a part of the process!

I have also come down with a cold which is why I sound off on the voiceover, I’m not miserable really I promise 🤣

xo, Soph

10km at Hartsholme this morning and the PBs were flying 🔥

Loads of you ran your fastest (and first) 10km today. That’s what showing up every week does.

Proud of every one of you. Coffee well earned ☕

DM ‘RUN’ to get in on the action next Sunday 🏃🏽

Most Hyrox races go wrong in the first kilometre.

Fitness is rarely the problem on race day. Pacing is.
The athletes who finish strong are usually the ones who looked too relaxed on run 1.
If you are racing Birmingham, practise your race pace now, not on the start line.

Want your real red line? Book a VO2 max test through the link in bio.

Your calorie target is probably a guess.

Apps and calculators estimate what you burn from your age, height and weight. An RMR test measures it. 15 minutes, one mask, and you leave knowing exactly what your body burns in a day.

£45 at Kin3tic Performance, Lincoln. Link in bio to book.

POST SHOW WRAP UP 🏆

4th place and a British finals invite in Tall bodybuilding— and honestly, a massive win for me.

The goal going into this show was never simply to chase a placing. After 7 years away from competing, I wanted to step back on an Open bodybuilding stage and see where I actually stood.

Could I hold my own?
Could I stand next to these guys and not look out of place?

I think i answered that.

There’s obviously plenty I can improve, and that’s exactly what makes this so exciting. I’ve got 5 weeks until the next show, and we’ll be better. Better condition, better posing, better presentation and ultimately a better physique.

There were mistakes along the way too — and they were completely my own doing.

I didn’t realise I needed to already be backstage, glazed and pumped up when I thought I had more time. So what would normally be a steady 20-minute pump-up turned into a 3-minute circuit, leaving me absolutely sweating before I even got on stage 😂

Lesson learned.

I preach “progress, not perfection” to all of my clients, and I think it’s important that I live by that myself too.

For me, competing has never been about chasing a trophy or letting a placing determine whether the prep was a success.

It’s about loving the game.
Loving the process.
Loving the lifestyle.
And seeing just how far you can push yourself.

A massive thank you to @kuba_sylvester_cielen for everything over this prep. Having someone you trust in your corner, who can see the bigger picture when you’re deep in prep yourself, is invaluable. I’ve learned a lot this prep and I know we’ve got plenty more to build on.

After 7 years out, I can honestly say I’ve loved every minute of being back.

4th for now. Better in 5 weeks.

The journey continues. 🫡

Only got video screenshots for now — I’ll upload the professional photos when I get them 📸
