🐝🌿 A Monster Bee or a Queen? 👑

A monster-sized honey bee suddenly caught my attention, hanging around the Day Blooming Jasmine (Din Ka Raja) on Mustafa’s Blooming Balcony! 😲🌼

It looks unusually large—but is this really a queen honey bee or perhaps another fascinating bee species? 🤔🐝

Nature keeps surprising us with these tiny visitors! 🌱✨
What do you think—Queen 👑 or something else?

Chewy, fudgy, crunchy, everything a brownie should be, and no baking required.

Chewy from the dates, fudgy from the @kingbeeshoney , crunchy from a little soy crisp folded through. Genuinely nourishing ingredients doing all the work here.

Recipe

8 medjool dates, pitted
6 big tablespoons nut butter
2 teaspoons King Bees honey
1/4 cup cocoa
50g dark chocolate, melted
2 tablespoons soy crisp or chopped nuts
Sea salt sprinkle

Method

Blend the dates, nut butter, honey and cocoa until combined,

Press into a lined tray, and place in the freezer for 15 minutes. Pour the soy crisp or nuts into the melted dark chocolate then pour the over the top of the slice.
Sprinkle with a little sea salt and
Set in the freezer until firm, then slice.

No oven, no fuss, and genuinely tastes like a proper treat.

Save this one for your next no bake craving.

I’ve been making gummies since my eldest first started solids like 4 years ago, they really are a staple in our fridge, I’m making different recipes all of the time but this is our current fav because they’re so quick to make:

1 cup of cranberry juice (unsweetened)
1 cup of water
3 Tbsp of gelatin, let it bloom (you could add an extra Tbsp if you wanted them a bit firmer)
1 Tbsp of honey (preferably @kingbeeshoney )
1 Tbsp of @harkerherbals cherry chest soothe - makes the gummy’s a delicious cherry cranberry flavour and FLIP they’re yum.

Heat on low to get it all mixed together, then pop in moulds or a glass container in the fridge. If you don’t have molds just slice them into thin pieces to make “snakes” for a bitta fun.

They’re so incredibly nutritious, taste like lollies, and are brilliant for our guts. My girls love them, but so does my hubby and I so we get through a loooooot of them 👌🏼
