You don’t need more information about birth. You need to know what to DO with your body when labor actually starts.🤍 That’s why Emma Rikel of Kingdom Birthing Co. and I created the Birth Prep Retreat A full day dedicated to helping you feel more confident, informed, and prepared for birth — with hands-on practice, not just a slideshow. ✨ Labor positions + movement ✨ Breathing + pelvic floor strategies ✨ Comfort measures ✨ Partner support ✨ Pushing positions + practice ✨ Birth preferences + advocacy ✨ Preparing for postpartum recovery ✨ And so much more We’re taking the education and hands-on preparation we typically provide in our individual birth prep packages and bringing it together into one immersive day at a much more accessible price. Because you shouldn’t have to walk into the delivery room hoping you’ll remember what you learned in a 2-hour birth class. Come practice it. Move through it. Ask questions. Get your partner involved. And leave feeling READY. 📅 September 26 | 10 AM–4 PM 📍 Rome, GA If you’re pregnant, this is your invitation to prepare for birth with intention. You can read every birth book, save every Instagram Reel, and pack the most perfectly curated hospital bag… …but none of that teaches you what to do when labor actually begins. The most valuable birth preparation is learning how to work with your body. Understanding how movement and positioning can support baby’s descent. Learning how your breath, pelvic floor, and pressure management work together. And most importantly? Practicing. Because when you’re in the middle of a contraction, you don’t want to be thinking, “Wait… what position are we supposed to try?” You want your body and your partner to have tools they’ve already practiced together. Birth preparation isn’t about predicting exactly how your birth will unfold. It’s about giving yourself more tools, more confidence, and more options for whatever your birth brings. You deserve more than information. You deserve an opportunity to practice. That’s exactly what we’re creating at our Birth Prep Retreat—a full day of hands-on, evidence-informed preparation for you and your partner. 📍 September 26 | 10–4 Come prepared. Leave confident.

Birth doesn’t require you to have a perfect plan. It requires you to have tools. The goal of birth preparation isn’t to predict exactly how your labor will unfold—it’s to help you feel confident navigating whatever your birth brings. Because knowing about birth and actually knowing how to move through it are two very different things. You can prepare your body. You can learn how to work with your breath and pelvic floor. You can practice positions and movement. You can learn comfort measures. You can give your partner an actual game plan. And you can learn how to advocate for yourself when things don’t go according to plan. Preparation doesn’t guarantee a certain birth. It gives you more confidence and more tools for the birth you have. That’s exactly why we created our Birth Prep Retreat—a full day of education, hands-on practice, and intentional preparation for both you and your partner. If you’re pregnant and don’t want to simply hope you feel ready when the time comes, this day is for you. 🤍 September 26 | 10–4 Limited spots available. Link in bio for details.
