I’m so excited to be performing alongside my fam at @weareunapologetic for the Memphis Sounds performance on Oct. 16-18 with @balletmemphis ‼️ This is my first time having someone interpret my music through dance so I’m pretty stoked about this myself‼️

I couldn’t be more proud of the Artist and Being they are becoming.
We, us two, are aliens. Ostensibly strangers to this world. And I take great pride in knowing he will carry the mission well beyond my time here.
Long live @kingeillo

Sunday, @weareunapologetic will be represented at the @overtonparkshell 90th Anniversary Weekend in a celebration of Memphis studios alongside @staxmemphis , @thelegendarysunstudio , @royalstudiosmemphis , @americanrecordingstudio , and @samphillipsrecording .

Just look at those names for a second.

These are institutions that helped define what Memphis sounds like to the world. So to see UNAPOLOGETIC. sitting in that company on this flyer is kinda crazy to me.

We’ve spent years building our own thing. Our own sound. Our own culture. Our own rooms. Creating a place for the weird ones, the fearless ones, the people making the next version of Memphis music.

That means a lot to me.

7 PM to 9 PM
