Another week, another Dougie's Team Tuesday of incredible runners making every mile matter.

Today we’re celebrating Joe, Ben, Makayla, Mike, and David as they prepare to take on the 130th @BostonMarathon ® presented by @BankofAmerica this April!

The road to Boston is about more than race day. With every training run and every mile logged, they’re helping advance the mission of the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism and raising critical funds that support uplifting the voices, dreams and opportunities for people and families with autism.

We’ve been family for years. Showing up together, hustling together, reaching milestones together, striving and trying and growing and reaching together. Together. We are family.

Brought together by @alextoussaint25 this Feel Good Family is my family. I am so incredibly blessed to be a part of this community and to ride alongside these amazing human beings. 30 Min Afrobeats ride with @tune2tunde Fun vibes and energy from the whole studio. She ended with some great messages about life being short, but beautiful and to take it all in. Surround yourself with those people that fulfill you 🙌🏻

30 Min Kesha Artist Series Walk+Run! @jessking was a whole vibe! Great format and she slayed the playlist 💁🏼‍♀️ celebrated 950 walks

🎉 Friday 3.7.25 Birthday 🎉

30 min POP ride with @robinnyc celebrating 2050 rides! The playlist was all female POP artists new and old and it was 👌🏻

30 min Intervals Run with @alextoussaint25 it was straight 🔥 such a genuine soul.

With each year that comes I want to continue to make sure to take time just for me—doing what I love, beyond being a mom and wife. It’s so easy to pour into everyone else, but this little trip was about refilling my own cup.
✨Grateful for the moments that remind me who I am at my core.
✨Grateful for the friends and community I GET TO surround myself with 🫶🏻
