One month since I started. I can honestly say I’ve gotten a little better, but the biggest thing I’ve learned is that you have to understand what you’re doing wrong before you can fix it.

You can’t grow if you’re not willing to recognize your weaknesses, learn from your mistakes, and make the necessary adjustments. Progress starts with being honest with yourself.

You can’t fix what you refuse to acknowledge. 🪽

You don’t have to avoid every punch life throws at you. You just have to keep going… 🪽

Working on slips, rolls, reactions, and movement.
You can’t fake defense‼️

The moment you stop being willing to learn is the moment you stop growing.

Being willing to learn is one of the most important qualities you can have.

You don’t have to know everything. You just have to be willing to listen, make mistakes, and keep getting better.

Stay humble. Stay coachable. Keep working.
