What a weekend.

Congratulations again to all who ranked up over the weekend.

The rest of this week we'll be spotlighting our Boxing for Parkinson's program and the people who make it what it is. 💙

Stay with us.

You did it! 🥊

Congratulations to everyone who came out and tested yesterday! Also a huge thank you to all who came out to train and support even though they were not up for testing.

Every single one of you showed up, worked hard, had fun, and got better. We're very proud of you, Ninjas!

This is what the community is all about! Building strength, confidence, and resilience through martial arts. Showing up and working to get better while also helping each other get better.

Congrats to all who ranked up! Can't wait to see you wearing your new ranks in class!

"Testing Day is stressful."

It doesn't have to be. It's a chance to come in and showcase what you've learned and how much you've improved so far on your journey.

No one is rooting against you — every coach and every teammate in that room wants to see you succeed. While it's nerve racking, especially if you're new to the process, it's also one of the most supportive environments you can participate in.

If you've been putting in the work, everyone is excited to see you rank up!

If you're new to the system, we're excited to show you how far you can take it!

See you on Saturday!

Not a bad deal. 🥊
