🌹🙏👗In celebration of Women’s History Month, we invite you to a small, private event today Sat. March 15th where Black women can openly talk about collective experiences of discrimination in the workplace.

If you’re experiencing any of these scenarios:

“I show up every day ready to work — overprepared, twice as qualified, and carrying the weight of knowing I have to be. But, if I make a mistake, I know it won’t just be about me. It’ll be a reflection of all Black women.

I swallow my frustration when someone repeats my idea in a meeting and suddenly it’s “brilliant.” I check my tone, soften my words, and make myself smaller so I don’t get labeled as “angry” or “intimidating.”

It costs me emotionally when I go home drained from wearing a mask all day. It costs me mentally when I second-guess whether I should’ve spoken up more or less. And it costs me financially when I’m passed over for promotions, paid less than my peers, or overlooked for leadership roles I’m more than qualified for.

Join us today… ✨ VENT at Kornr Store ✨
Saturday, March 15th | 1 PM - 3 PM
…to release, connect, and be heard without judgment. Come as you are, let’s have some honest conversations where our voices are valued and our emotions are valid.

Healing. Growth. Collective Empowerment.
Tickets are $10 which includes refreshments.
