In my newest piece, I talk about the history and current trends of ~all things boob jobs~ for @popsugar. Here’s a snippet. You can read the rest at the link in my bio. 🫶🏼

“It’s true. I've had two boob jobs in my life, and I knew for years that I would one day pursue getting them done. I was the girl who hit puberty at a later age, and while I watched seemingly everyone around me blossom into young women, I felt like the signal of my welcoming into womanhood never truly came. I longed to be able to fit into bras, not feel embarrassed that I couldn't fill out a swimsuit top on my 21st birthday, and forget about the time I was referred to as 'boyish' and 'flat as a wall' by my crush. I just wanted something to make me feel and see my femininity, to feel comfortable and confident in my own body. And I know that I was not alone in that feeling.”

(A reminder that, regardless of how you feel about plastic surgery, please respect mine and others choices with kindness.)

Words can hardly express how grateful we are to be a part of a city like Fort Worth with such a steadfast commitment to its first responders and military service personnel. We are honored that so many people and businesses support the mission of Tunnel to Towers to assist our nation’s heroes and their families. We look forward to our next 5k run and walk and continuing to “Do Good” as we recognize the commitment and sacrifice of those who choose to serve our city, state, and country.

Thank you from all of the T2T – Fort Worth Team!

Dr. Emily Kirby said, “I’ve had two EMR switches now and the switch to Symplast has been BY FAR the SMOOTHEST”.

Symplast’s top priority is to make switching your EHR seamless, simple and hassle-free.

Here’s How We Do It:
• Seamless data migration from your previous EHR software
• Direct access to a dedicated customer service representative
• Access to a library of virtual trainings and information 24/7

Feeling scrambled? Pause and give yourself five minutes to use one of these science-backed tools for recovery:
- Take a deep breath
- Acknowledge what is hard right now
- Move your body
- Look away from your phone or computer
- Stop rushing and do one thing at a time
- Call a loved one for a quick chat
- Help somebody else
- Express your gratitude
- Focus on the meaning of what you’re doing
