Same message. Different man. 📖

Years ago I put “A Better Me” on a flyer and called it 6 Life Hacking Systems. I didn’t know yet that I’d have to live every one of those systems before I could really write them.

Now it’s a book. A Better Me: The 6 Systems That Changed Everything is OUT NOW.

Six systems. Practical tools. A mirror you can walk with.

I told the room we were closing. Then Latoya took a moment.

She talked about Boyd Hill. About the rec center, where we played basketball from sunup to sundown and she was one of the few girls the boys would let on the court. And she called a name: Nancy Garner, my fifth grade teacher, who did not care where we lived, where we came from, or what we were dealing with.

Mrs. Garner was in the room to hear it.

Grown men are not supposed to cry at their own book launch. I tried.

Latoya, thank you. For the words, for the years, and for standing up there with me. Like you said: this is just the beginning.

A Better Me is out now. First chapter free at iamdemorrious.com/abetterme

Four boxes on the porch. That’s what a vision looks like when it stops living in your head.

Two years ago this was notes in my phone at 5am. Then chapters. Then edits I didn’t want to make. Today it’s sitting by my front door with a little helper checking on the delivery. 📦

A Better Me: The 6 Systems That Changed Everything is here. Some of y’all have already been waiting on your copy. Your name is on a box.

Walk the Six, the launch night, is Saturday, October 3 at IAM Studios. Come get yours signed.

Everybody marvels at the wings.

But the wings never lifted anything. The engine did. The part nobody photographs is the part that carries you through doubt, fear, and turbulence and still lets you climb.

Your systems are your engine.

So stop admiring somebody else’s wings without ever asking about their systems. Better yet, go look at yours first.

I wrote about the six that changed everything for me. A Better Me. Link in bio.

Rock Hill, look up.

IAM Studios is open. Multi-camera, broadcast audio, lighting that makes you look like you belong on a screen. All of it sitting right here in York County, where nobody else is offering it.

You’ve been telling yourself you’d start the podcast when you had the setup. This is the setup.
