Sometimes we get so focused on where we’re trying to go that we forget to look back and appreciate how far we’ve already come.

Fitness is more than just changing your body—it’s about the discipline you’ve built, the confidence you’ve gained, the setbacks you’ve overcome, and the person you’ve become along the way.

The same goes for life. Every challenge, every lesson, every small win has helped shape the person you are today.

You may not be where you want to be YET… but don’t forget—you’re not where you started either. 🙏🏾

Keep showing up. Keep growing. Keep going.

Your progress deserves to be recognized too. 💪🏾🔥

Just a Daygo girlie with a vision 🌹
I’ve always loved business, creativity, and community. The fact that I get to wake up every day and build all three is something I’ll never take for granted.

Whether it’s through Brown Sugar Self Care, SoCal Barter, curating events, creating opportunities, or connecting people, I’m grateful to be building a life around the things I genuinely love.

Born and raised in San Diego, and proud to pour back into the city that poured so much into me. 🤎

Still growing. Still learning. Still building.

10K Spartan Race COMPLETE. 🏁🔥
This wasn’t just a race — this was a test of grit, discipline, and heart.

Our Daygo Performance family showed up, pushed past limits, and refused to quit. Every mile, every obstacle, every moment of doubt… they kept going.

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. This is what happens when you train together, grow together, and SHOW UP for yourself and your team. 💪🏾

We didn’t just finish… we earned it. #DaygoPerformance #BuiltDifferent #spartanstrong #fitnessfamily

Nobody prepares you for the leadership road Black women step onto when we get promoted.

Especially when it’s your first time leading a team.

Years 0–3 of leadership can feel like:

• learning how to manage people while still proving yourself
• navigating rooms where you’re the only one who looks like you
• balancing expectations that no one clearly explained

So I created something I wish existed when many of us first stepped into leadership.

A Group Coaching Leadership Roadtrip designed specifically for first-time leaders making their debut.

Starting April 2nd

Hybrid experience:
• 3 in-person sessions
• 2 virtual sessions

All it takes is 2 hours a week to start building the leadership tools most people are forced to learn the hard way.

If you’re ready to lead with clarity, confidence, and strategy instead of guessing…

Save your seat for April. Link in bio.

Sunday morning 4-mile run with the crew 🏃🏽‍♂️🔥 Locked in and leveling up as we prepare for our 10K Spartan race. Feels good to push my limits while helping others discover theirs. Growth happens outside the comfort zone.
