...Cause we all need a bit of magic at this time 🔮 [scroll for orginal]

E.T is one of my all time fave movies, I watched it over and over again as a child (and as a adult). And last night (thank you to my real friend @livewithanita) while creating and thinking about life, I decide to add E.T. to my picture🤷🏻‍♀️ The original picture was taken at one of my fave places - the Cayman Islands. Like many of you I am hurt that I cannot travel at this time.

All I've known in my adult life is the gym and being a trainer (I've been in the field since 21, I am now 33!) So as you can imagine, my life has turned upside down.

I can no longer make $$$ in the way that I know best.... everything that I had invested in and passionate about is inaccessible. And when it finally hit me, I felt overwhelmed and depressed. So I decide to unplug and figure out next steps.

I know I am not alone in feeling this way and yes I now have plans for next steps (30 day booty building challenge anyone? 🍑) In the meantime I thought to tell you all THANK YOU 🙏🏼 thank you for every like, every share, every comment. Thank you to everyone who checked in on me, to every one of you who offered words of wisdom and ideas. Especially our clients and community, I appreciate you all ❤

I very much still believe fitness and movement is the cure, especially for bringing the world together.

Till tomorrow, I hope this brings a smile on your face.... cause we all could use a bit of magic 🌈
