Taking care of your mental health doesn’t only happen in therapy sessions. The places you spend time, the routines you create, and the way you treat yourself between sessions matter too.

These are a few spots around the South Bay that can help you slow down, breathe a little deeper, and give your nervous system a break. Sometimes it is a walk by the ocean, sometimes it is a quiet café or a warm bowl of soup.

Therapy helps us understand what we are carrying. The rest of life is where we practice caring for ourselves a little better.

Save this for the days when you need a reset.

March reset starts now 🤍✨

This week’s free wellness events are stacked — run clubs to get your miles in, sound baths to slow down, yoga to stretch it out, and so much more.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to recommit to your routines, this is it. Let’s start March feeling grounded, strong, and connected.

Save this, send it to your wellness bestie, and check the details to plan your week.
