Melbourne-based artists Julia Brampton and Phill Calvert transform vintage treasures and found objects into playful assemblage sculptures rich with memory, character and imagination.

Check out their new exhibition, WORN: Wearable and Unwearable Objects, which explores adornment, identity and transformation through a collection of intriguing works that blur the line between jewellery, artefact and sculpture. Keep an eye out for the whimsical ‘Beasts of Adornment’ handmade papier-mâché sculptures inspired by a creative workshop the artists attended in Italy.

Want to see the creative process up close? Drop into the Kitty Calvert studio during Farmers Market days or the next Seasons in the Park event and discover the space where these unique works come to life.
