We don’t need that 10-step programme, says Kitty Underhill, we are enough as we are. Get the new Gooseberry from gooseberrymag.com (link in bio).

Huge day yesterday for The PMDD Project. Our first in-person trustee day. It’s been a long time coming, after two years of virtual meetings, so this felt very special. Personally, as founder & CEO of The PMDD Project, it felt completely surreal to be in a room of (very inspiring and very intelligent) women who are just as passionate as I am about the work we do. Three years ago, I’d have never imagined being sat in a strategy meeting in central London deciding what the future of our charity looks like (!!!!) AND we’ve got some very exciting plans for the PMDD community. With the support of our incredible fundraising team, I feel really confident that the future for people with PMDD looks bright. Thank you to everyone who attended for your enthusiasm and dedication. I am grateful beyond words. Thank you to Workplace Futures Group for your incredible hospitality too. We had the best day!! #PMDD #ThePMDDProject #Strategy #PME #MenstrualHealth

What a truly wonderful first life drawing class with @claude_knight as our model! Not only did we have absolute beginners in the class but also had the PLEASURE of live screen printing courtesy of @emelialavenderstudio! Life drawing is one of the few places where we get to be present with and celebrate the human body and this evening was exactly that - a celebration. Thank you so much @thekingsheadn8 for hosting us! More life drawing events to come, watch this space ✨

📢 It’s finally Sexual Health Week! 📢 From 14–20 September, this year’s theme from our friends at @brook_charity_ is “Let’s Connect”, celebrating the importance of connection in our platonic, romantic and sexual relationships. One way to connect is to talk more, ask questions with those close to you, and remember that you don’t have to share only the wins and good news. Your friends and family are there to love and support you through the good and the bad. ❤️ In this spirit, we asked our amazing Split Banana community: What would you tell your younger self about sex, bodies and relationships? We think everyone can relate to a lot of these, no matter how old you are, from feeling the pressure to fit in, rushing sexual experiences, feeling shame about your body, or struggling when a relationship ends. Split Banana is dedicated to providing the next generation with the confidence and knowledge needed to navigate these very common experiences. We want all young people to have happy, healthy, joyful relationships and sexual experiences, while feeling confident in their own bodies and identities. 🍌 Go on… what would you tell your younger self? We’d love to hear below! #SexualHealthWeek

Behind the scenes with the fabulous @kittyunderhillx who came for a bath yesterday. We went for a Jekyll & Hyde idea, using a technique I had not tried before and she aced it. What do you think it might be? Follow to see the results 🤭 #londonphotographer #conceptshoot #surrealistphotography #bathtubphotoshoot #portraitphotography
