Seeing how something that may feel so small to us can completely light up somebody else’s face will never get old.💯

A meal. A bottle of water. A conversation. A laugh. Sometimes it doesn’t take much to remind somebody that they’re seen and that somebody cares.

And truthfully, seeing that joy brings just as much joy back to me.

That’s why we keep pouring.
That’s why we keep showing up.
That’s why this is bigger than us.

W KIYAH IN THE CHATTTT! 😂❤️‍🔥

So, One life and one step at a time
IT’S THE GIVE BACK, GANGGGG BABY!♾️

It hits different when everybody is doing their part!🤲🏽

Moments like these remind me what community is really about.

When we’re blessed with more
More love, more resources, more time, more energy—we have an opportunity to pour from that overflow into somebody else.

One person can make a difference, but imagine what happens when everybody gives what they can.

Stay tuned for the next Give Back. 🤲🏽

And if you ever want to donate, pull up, volunteer, or contribute in ANY way, DM me. We’ll make it happen.

We’re only getting started.

GIVE BACK, GANG! ♾️

It’s the PEOPLE that make these Give Backs so special. 😂😂💯

My guy had some of the best energy—smiling, laughing, making the most of the moment… and letting us know if ANYTHING tried to come steal his food, he was gonna “CHOP THEY A$$ UP!” 😭😭😭

But underneath the laughs was something that really stuck with me.

No matter what somebody may be going through, there’s still so much light, joy, personality and LIFE within them. Moments like this remind me that your circumstances don’t have to take away your spirit.

People like him give ME hope just as much as we’re trying to give back to them. 🤲🏽❤️

Me and Kiyah had a time with this one 😂
Stay tuned for the rest of this Give Back…

Also if you would like to support these give backs in any way, feel free to dm me and we will talk, thank you all for your support!

Nothing hits harder than a post lift core finisher😂 …but it’s always better with friends who are ready to put in the work🤝🏾

Side note: I’m always down to put in the work with people who want to get better. Just come ready to push each other and leave stronger than we came. ‼️
