Incredibly grateful for these moments.

Kristy and I became friends four years ago when she registered for an online workshop I was leading called shift your shit. It was all about stepping away from what no longer served and stepping into what does.

I've had the privilege to work with her now for two years offering dual reiki at events and most recently her joining me as a practitioner at The Zen Den. I'm so grateful for her presence in my life and proud of her for all she's done to be where she is today.

We're moving into our fourth month of offering weekly guided meditations, with reiki, and sound healing, donation based at The Zen Den an extension of Speak 2 Your Soul.

This coming Saturday we're offering 30 minute dual reiki sessions for $55 at The Zen Den. You can make it an hour for $110. We have limited spots available. Reach out to Kristy or I to register. Registration ends this Friday at 5pm. Reset & Recenter - Two for one Reiki Recalibration.

Dual reiki amplifys the experience of relaxation and restoration of the mind and body. When two practitioners come together you get four hands channeling divine infinite love and life to you and through you. In terms of it scientifically we're working with your bioenergy field, ultimately helping to reset the nervous system (activate the parasympathetic response) and balance the chakra system.

We had the honor of working with Darrell last night at The Zen Den. He makes the world brighter and better by being here and being him and we're so lucky to know him.

It's been beautiful to witness his journey and transformation since attending our weekly offering when he can. He often says I don't know what it is that you do but it just brings me into the present and helps me feel calm and okay.

That feeling is the feeling we get when activated in our parasympathetic response, the one that let's us feel safe and secure. It's our bodies natural state and response to feeling safe, to relax and to be present.

Had the most transformative Reiki session with Miss Kristy, and WOW —

✨my whole energy has shifted! ✨

Reiki is such a powerful tool for releasing what no longer serves you, and it truly allowed me to let go of stagnant energy that I didn’t even realize I was holding onto.

The sense of peace and relaxation that washed over me was beyond words, and I’m feeling more aligned and open to receiving all the abundance that’s flowing back into my life.

We even did an oracle card reading at the end, and as always, spirit had a way of reinforcing what I already knew deep down — the work I’m doing is exactly what I need right now. It’s such a reminder that when you trust the process and open yourself up to healing, so many beautiful things can happen.

Reiki isn’t just a momentary fix, it’s a reset for your mind, body, and soul. Grateful for the experience and for the guidance that keeps me on the right path. 🙌🏼💖
