My @burnbootcampnorfolkva journey🏋️‍♀️

From looking for a gym to call home, to losing weight + gaining muscle to competing in Level Up Games Regionals and Finals to getting my CPT and becoming a trainer, to now being Senior Trainer. It has been the whirlwind of a lifetime.

I’m so grateful for this place. For our members. For our team. For the laughs. For the resilience. Hard work pays off, keep pushing!

Here’s to another year of giggles and gains! ✨

Yesterday was so exhilarating. Last year I spectated and this year I decided to join @burnbootcampnorfolkva Level Up Games. I’m not going to lie I wanted to quit so bad two weeks before, but my last name is Clarke and we don’t give up.

I went in and gave it all. I did things I thought I would never be able to do. I’m so grateful for my burn sisters for alwaysssssss lifting each other up and competing alongside them. The trainers at burn who push you past your limits because you can do anything you set your mind to @kaseymgregory who never stopped motivating us as the master of ceremonies. My counter Leslie for helping reach my goals every time we set one for each round.

All three of my parents showing up. My stepmom didn’t get a picture but she made it just in time to see me in action. Then my dad driving all the way from New York with no sleep and my mom shocked that my dad actually beat her there 😂.

To @thewanderingwhitestones for even getting me started and standing on the front lines to watch me go and my man my man my man @auskid43 my #1 motivator and the loudest in the room pushing me from the sidelines.

Level Up is coming!

Come out to cheer on the awesome athletes in our Employee Division. They work so hard to welcome you into Burn each day, and they’ve been training hard to push themselves through every workout.

Will we see you on March 28th?
