Friends! Please help me in reaching my goal of 5,000$ 😳 for the babies and mamas of Georgia who need more prenatal support, education, and prevention of treatable or preventable health complications!

As a board member this year, I have had the honor of learning just how much Georgia’s chapter of March of Dimes is doing - and yet how much MORE support is needed!

If you’re a NICU mama, preeclampsia mama, premature birth mama/baby, miscarriage and pregnancy loss mama, know that the research and the advocacy of March of Dimes has touched your life 💜💜💜

Healthy mamas, healthy babies. Let’s help change some of the terrifying statistics! Any support is so much appreciated!!!

Link to donate is in my bio and in comments! 🫶💜

Marietta mamas, this is your sign to stop Googling every newborn question at 2:17 AM alone!

Our Marietta Postpartum Pod starts soon, and it’s one of the sweetest ways to find your people in those tender early weeks of motherhood.

Think:
✨ 6 beautiful weekly sessions
✨ honest conversations with moms in the same season
✨ expert guidance on feeding, sleep, pelvic floor, postpartum emotions & more
✨ babies in arms, coffee in hand, zero pressure to “have it together”

By session two, these moms often already look like besties on stroller walks—and honestly, that’s the magic.

Whether this is your first baby or your third, the Pod gives you support, education, and the kind of connection every mom deserves.

Spots are filling as we get close to kickoff, so now is the perfect time to join us 💛
Tap the link in bio to save your seat and meet your Marietta village.

Today is World Mental Health Day, and I’m joining the #NotAloneChallenge to raise awareness and remind us all: you are not alone.

Anxiety, overwhelm, depression and burnout—they’re more common than we think, yet we often feel isolated in our struggles. It’s time to break the silence and share our stories. Healing starts when we acknowledge our challenges and seek support, for ourselves and each other. 🌱

Take a moment today to check in with yourself, reach out to someone, and remember: together, we’re stronger. 💚

Follow @calmmomcollective for more mental health tips!
