This was a fun space in @spatial_io to play in while chatting about updates The Diner Studio is doing locally with web3 and the metaverse here in Greenville, SC.

1. iMAGINE Upstate is in 2 weeks on Sat, August 26. Come on out to Main Street to see what A Taste of the Metaverse from The Diner Studio is bringing to our young guests.

2. We’ve just completed a metaverse build for a local (just moved to Texas) artist, poet, book author who wanted an environment where location barriers are now removed. She can interact with her audience, use the space as her website as she adds all her content, and host live events to show videos to promote her work, network, and make sales.

3. We are working with a local company to build out a music centric metaverse event for local musicians and producers to network, share and teach, and perform this winter.

4. The next 2nd Saturday SHOWCASE event in September is going local as well! Two former Brandon Fellow artists will be taking the stage for the first time with story telling and responsive, live VR spray paint art in the making. We are so excited!

The word is getting out. The metaverse is a fabulous place to network, showcase, perform, and share!

Reach out to us at www.thediner.rocks if you’d like to set up a consultation!

I was watching an interview with #NealStephenson and browsing @instagram when I noticed that our #profilegrid is VERY full of #IRL pics for a #design group that focuses on the #metaverse! That just proves our philosophy that the metaverse is an extension of life - not a separate thing.

We can’t wait for y’all to join us in our upcoming and exciting #XR events! You’ll drool over what we do at @imagine_upstate and our #2ndSaturdaySHOWCASE event with the amazing @deffnotant, @orfamivisualart, and @mickyorfami! Our grill is on 🔥!

If you are a cool person doing cool things in cool places, we want to get to know you!

The Diner Studio and @beerandnapkins creator meet-up was a success last night! Thank you to everyone who attended, shared your business goals and skill sets with the group and generated a needs assessment. Together we can lift, lend, and support each other by getting organized and sharing our collective resources with each other and the community. Really looking forward to how this Arts Community and Creative Education Solutions Series develops throughout the year. Thank you @bohemianbullmauldinsc for hosting us. Excellent staff, food, and atmosphere!

Thank you so much @vans_cmkro @jaystansfield and @daveswinbank, for volunteering to run the metaverse portion of our @imagine_upstate tent this coming Saturday. The onboarding walkthrough this morning was terrific! We love that 3 friends from the US and England can join us to make this event a success!
