Looks pretty cool for AI, although it's changed some people a bit too much and missed a person off.

Coaching By 3D Strength

For me personally combining education with experience is very important when choosing a coach.

Having the right amount of knowledge is very important but experience in the field your talking about is just as important if not more valuable.

Being part of and around strength training now learning and traveling the world to compete for over 17 years ! It’s essential as a coach to know what there talking about to athletes to educate as well understand what it takes to get the best out of you.

It’s not just a job for me every individual I have the pleasure to help it’s my goal to give them 💯 of the best of my ability

Online training is available email darlington3dstrength for details 💪🏻👍🏻

Big deadlifting @3dstrength training to be your strongest requires a lot of hours in the gym and a lot of refining techniques hear are two of my biggest pulls 410-400 kg as you can see there both different my first 400 I was a little slimmer so I could get a nice tight position on the lift nice and fast from the floor I packed abit of weight on to lift 900lbs but with this I had to change my stance wider and my hands because my belly got bigger so it didn’t feel quite right and I struggled to brace. You have always got to adapt to your goals there is never a one way suits all method to training we are all different and all have own own strength and weakness.

As a coach it’s very important to understand this and with the ups and downs highs and lows if you keep consistent and a positive mind set you will hit your goals that’s for sure 👍🏻💪🏻

3D STRENGTH Online Coaching available let me help you be the best athlete you can be 😎

Good to see @knobby_strong back out in action again with his new toy

Unfortunately the Mitsubishi EVO FWD Project wasn’t going in the right direction, as cool as it was it wasn’t worth the battle

So say hello to his new beast

Absolutely love this and looks wild on our Drag Combo 1 set up. After a few test runs last week we hope to see this car putting down some proper times real soon 🔥
