MONDAY MOTIVATION 🔥

That moment when you realise the exercise is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do… 😂

Here’s to showing up and putting in the work this week. 🤍

A little Pilates, a little competition, and a whole lot of sticky notes flying in every direction. 😂

The results are in:
🥇 Lenel
🥈 Col
🥉 Lou
4️⃣ Talia
5️⃣ Michaela
6️⃣ Lolly
7️⃣ Tash

Were there a few moments where the sticky notes simply refused to participate? Absolutely.

Did we question our technique? Maybe.

Did we have a lot of fun? 100%.

Sometimes you just have to stick with it. 😉

We’re tired. You’re tired. The algorithm is tired. 😂

So instead of watching us make another reel about Pilates… just come do Pilates with us.

Book the class. Move your body. Leave feeling like a new person. 🤍

See you in the studio 👀

It’s kinda chic being a little different ✨

From being a BASI Host Studio, to keeping our classes intentionally small, to having a team of 7 BASI qualified instructors, there’s a lot that makes TashB, TashB.

19 years in, and we’re still learning, growing and moving our community forward.

Because we’ve always believed in quality over quantity and doing things with purpose.

It’s kinda chic, don’t you think?

Three years in a row. 🤍

Best of Ballito. Best Pilates Studio.

To say we’re grateful would be an understatement.

This recognition belongs to every single person who walks through our doors, trusts us with their movement, celebrates the wins with us, and continues to choose our community, day after day.

At TashB, we’ve always believed that we’re better together. This award is a reflection of that. It’s not just about the classes we teach. It’s about the people who make this space what it is. The friendships, the encouragement, the laughter, the consistency, and the way we all show up for one another.

Thank you for believing in us, supporting us, and allowing us to do what we love. You inspire us to keep learning, growing, and striving to be better every single day.

We don’t take your support for granted, and we’re so incredibly proud to share this achievement with our entire TashB family.

Here’s to moving together, growing together, and continuing to be better together.

With so much love and gratitude,

The TashB Team 🤍

Community, movement, and sunrise… it doesn’t get much better than that.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our sunrise Pilates sessions at the Ballito Pro. Seeing our community come together on the beach each morning is always so special, and having a few dolphins join us made it even more memorable. 🐬

These are the moments we live for.

A heartfelt thank you to the @theballitopro and @lovenorthcoast for partnering with us and creating the opportunity to bring our community together in such a beautiful setting. We are so grateful to be part of something that celebrates movement, wellness, and connection.

Until next time, we’ll be there with our mats ready. 🤍

What Being a Pilates Instructor is All About. 🤍

In just 8 days, registrations close for our July BASI Pilates Teacher Training Course. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s really like to be a Pilates instructor, this is it.

It’s the early mornings in the studio, guiding clients through breakthrough moments where everything suddenly clicks. It’s the laughter between sessions, the joy of working alongside an incredible team, and the meaningful relationships we build with our clients and students.

It’s the privilege of being a BASI host studio—mentoring future instructors while upholding the quality, precision, and values of the BASI method in everything we do.

And it doesn’t stop at our studio doors. It’s the opportunities to teach beyond them too—from community collaborations to experiences like the Ballito Pro—sharing Pilates wherever the journey takes us.

It’s the people we meet, the little moments that stay with us, and the community we continue to grow together.

If this is a path you’ve been thinking about, we’d love to welcome you.

Course registrations close in 8 days. The link to register is in our Linktree. ✨

Episode 2: Get to know the Dream Team at TashB Pilates Studio ✨

This week, we’re getting to know Lolly 🤍

A true pillar of the TashB family, Lolly has been with us for 10 years — bringing grace, consistency, and calm strength into every class she teaches.

She’s deeply loved by her clients, and equally cherished by the team. There’s something effortlessly grounding about the way she holds space, and it’s a big part of what makes her so special.

We’re so lucky to have her as part of the Dream Team ✨

You can’t control everything life throws at you…
but you can control your core. ✨

Strength. Stability. Confidence.
Sometimes showing up for yourself is the first step to feeling back in control again.

Consider this your sign to book the reformer class. 🤍

19 years of TashB Pilates 🤍

Nineteen years of movement.
Nineteen years of growth.
Nineteen years of people — the heart of everything we do.

Every single year, we find ourselves coming back to the same feeling… deep, overwhelming gratitude. For this space, for our incredible team, and for every person who has ever walked through our doors.

To those who have been with us for years — thank you for your loyalty, your trust, your energy. You are the rhythm of this studio.

To those who have just joined us — thank you for choosing us. For stepping into something new, and becoming part of our community in your own unique way.

And to every single person who has been part of our journey, whether for a moment or for many years… you are part of our story. You have shaped what TashB Pilates is today, and that is something we will never take for granted.

This studio has never just been about Pilates. It’s about connection, growth, support, and showing up — again and again.

We see you. We appreciate you. We celebrate you.

Here’s to 19 years… and to everyone who made it what it is 🤍
